Submitting your Order

On-line sales are not currently available, as we do not yet have the capability to process card payments. So, once you have made your selection from our comprehensive website Resources Catalogue, we ask you to submit your order either by post, email or phone - for detailed instructions, see How to Order below.

Delivery of your Order

Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be delivered by standard 2nd class post. Post & Packing to addresses in Scotland will be charged as follows:

Payment

We accept the following payment types:

  • Cheque (made payable to Precept Ministries Scotland)
  • Postal Order (made payable to Precept Ministries Scotland)
  • Bank Transfer (BACS) (Bank: Royal Bank of Scotland. Sort Code: 83-33-00. Account No: 00717763. Account name: Precept Ministries Scotland.)
  • Cash - only for payments made by hand please!

Refund Policy

We will accept returned items and refund their cost (but not any associated Postage & Packing charge) provided:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • Items are received in their original condition.

How to Order

By Post

  1. Download our Order Form (it's an MS Word file), and either (i) print it off and complete it by hand (please use block capitals), or (ii) complete it on the screen and then print it off.
  2. Ensure that you total the cost of the item(s) you have selected to arrive at the Order Value, and then add in the appropriate Post & Packing charge.
  3. Mail the Order Form, together with your cheque or postal order (no cash please) to the address shown here.

By Email

  1. Download our Order Form, complete it on the screen, and save it to a drive from which the file can subsequently be attached to an email.
  2. Ensure that you total the cost of the item(s) you have selected to arrive at the Order Value, and then add in the appropriate Post & Packing charge.
  3. Email the Order Form as an attachment using the email link here. If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, include a note to this effect in the email enclosing your order. Alternatively, mail your cheque or postal order (no cash please) to the address shown here. Either way, the order will be despatched once payment has been received.

By Phone

  1. We suggest that you download and print off our Order Form, so that you have all necessary details to hand when you phone us. We will confirm the total cost of your order, and ask you how you intend to pay. The order will be despatched once payment has been received.
