Returns

We will accept returned items and refund their cost (but not any associated Postage & Packing charge) provided:

Items are returned within 30 days of the original invoice date
Items are received in their original condition

Please note that the following are specifically excluded from this policy:

Precept Upon Precept series workbooks
In & Out series workbooks
IBS Curriculum materials
All CD, mp3 and DVD discs, and all downloadable mp3 files
All print-on-demand (pod) items
Discounted or discontinued materials

Who pays for the return?

If you are returning extra materials that you did not need or you ordered in error, you must pay for the cost of shipping.

If we have made a mistake, we will refund the cost of return postage (using the cheapest mailing option).
